Tracy Weaver, Broker Associate
Tracy has over 30 years of experience in selling properties throughout San Diego’s finest coastal communities from Del Mar to Carlsbad. His knowledge of the area, his own personal experiences developing and remodeling properties, and his broad base of loyal clients have placed him as one of the top listing and selling agents in Del Mar. Sandi Weaver, REALTOR®
Sandi earned her degree in Business Management and spent the majority of her career in outside sales. In 1992 she obtained her real estate license and has enjoyed working in the business primarily in the Property Management arena. Originally focusing on REO’s, she worked closely with Home Savings of America to prepare their REOs for market. During that time, she also was the head of the Property Management team at Dyson and Dyson Real Estate. She has continued to focus on the vacation and long term market as well as help buyers and sellers through a seamless transaction process. “I love so many aspects of this job,” she says, “but having been in sales for so many years, the aspect of meeting and working with so many wonderful people is what I love and enjoy the most!
