Sandi earned her degrees in Business Management and spent the majority of her career in outside sales. In 1992 she obtained her real estate license and has enjoyed working in the business primarily in the Property Management arena. Originally focusing on REO’s she worked closely with Home Savings of America to prepare their REOs for market. During that time, she also was the head of the Property Management team at Dyson and Dyson Real Estate. I have been a licensed realtor in San Diego County since 2002. I first started working in the metro villages of North Park, Hillcrest, Kensington, University Heights and Mission Hills. I still work in those areas and maintain many past client relationships from my first years as a realtor. In 2005, I moved my life to North San Diego County, working in the coastal communities of Del Mar, Encinitas, Leucadia and La Jolla, and I have worked also inland in communities such as Rancho Santa Fe, Poway, Rancho Bernardo and beyond.

Born and raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry around Hilton Head Island, Hogan graduated from College of Charleston with degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. His career began in Charleston, South Carolina where he worked as a Marketing Coordinator for a boutique, luxury real estate company. His comprehensive marketing experience combined with advanced certification from Hubspot makes him an expert in Digital Real Estate Marketing. Hogan has also done his fair share in real estate sales and was the Sales Team Lead for a high end brokerage in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2017, Hogan moved west to San Diego to take a new role finally utilizing his advanced real estate degree to assist in management operations for a multimillion square foot portfolio of commercial & Industrial properties throughout greater San Diego, adding a depth in commercial real estate to his resume. Hogan has also worked for multiple publicly traded, fortune 500 companies including Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield. Hogan currently holds a Certified Manager of Commercial Properties designation from BOMI International.
